30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At ShieldCase, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your ShieldCase purchase within the first 30 days, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect those rights in any way.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, your item must meet the following criteria:

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Products that have been visibly used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or refund under this policy, except in cases where the product is found to have a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@shieldcase.com or call us at +44 430 862 0434 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  4. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
  5. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. ShieldCase is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you're returning a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or if we shipped you an incorrect item, ShieldCase will provide a prepaid return shipping label and will cover the cost of return shipping.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with the return shipment unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Depending on your credit card company or bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Options

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different item or a different size/color of the same item, please follow the return process described above and indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange.

For exchanges, once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. If there is a price difference between the original item and the exchanged item:

Lifetime Warranty for Manufacturing Defects

All ShieldCase products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If at any time your ShieldCase product develops a defect due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

How to Claim Warranty Service

To claim warranty service:

  1. Contact our customer service team at warranty@shieldcase.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. Include clear photographs showing the defect.
  3. Our warranty team will review your claim and determine if it's covered under warranty.
  4. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product (if necessary) and will ship a replacement to you at no cost.

For warranty claims, ShieldCase will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product to you. However, you may be responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product back to us, depending on your location and the nature of the defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.
  2. Include photographs of the damaged product or packaging, or explain how the product received differs from what you ordered.
  3. Our customer service team will provide instructions for returning the item and will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

For items damaged in shipping, we may require you to provide information for a shipping claim with the carrier.

Special Promotions and Sale Items

Items purchased during special promotions or sales are subject to the same return policy unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms and conditions.

If you used a promotional discount or coupon code on your purchase, the amount refunded will be the actual amount paid after the discount was applied.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
